wild and blue, nikon d50 digital
* my latest post over at wish studio is up. Check it out here!
* I adore synchronicity. I checked out a follower on twitter and immediately fell in love with their blog, kind over matter. So I followed them as well and then checked my email and Amanda, on of the lovely writers for the blog, has invited me to participate in one of their giveaways! I'll be contributing several joy rebel affirmations to a set of affirmation cards...more details coming soon!
* this this post from persistent green had me saying YES over and over again.
* Connie over dirty footprints studio (love that name!) will be interviewing me on her blog talk radio show on Sunday, August 2nd. Stayed tuned for more details...
non internet beauty includes new connections with inspiring and uplifting people in my spiritual community, a renewed drive to stretch my giving wings, keely sleeping upside down with her ear all flopped over and the blue blue of the texas sky.
What's your lovely?

You're not wrong. Some time ago, I resolved that if I had nothing 'on' each Sunday, I'd take the dog and the Camera and just wonder where the wing blows me. . .It's led to many a lovely Sunday and some amazing pics thanks to the beauty around me. Today though, the clouds are black, the rain is pouring and I'm feeling like a trapped animal . . c'mon Spring!
Appreciating all the "good" in our lives --> that's pretty great!
For me: hanging out with friends at our local community festival. Cool breezes on a warm summer day. Getting out and exploring parts of the area I've never been to before around here.
And congrats on the upcoming interview (awesome!!) and on all the new connections you're making!
I want to live in a house the color of the wall in your photo and dance in a garden that lives outside my bedroom window filled with those pink flowers...
really I do !
that shot is so turquoise-y and wild flower beautiful ! I love it !!! Reminds me of my favorite place on earth (Mexico) and the colors there...
so much lovely to love ! Today it is the fact that the sun is out in the am in NH - that does it for me big time !!!
Hope you have a lovely Sunday !
thanks for the wonderful links! I just spent some time soaking up the goodness. :)
My lovely is the Farmers Market on Saturday morning and the convertible ride on Sunday.
(You are so right, the sky was so blue this morning!)
baino-I have weekly outdoor time too (nothing official but just whenever I can get outside by myself) and you are so right, it is wonderful!
beth-LOL...I love that turquoise color too!
lance-that sounds liek fun! I love our local fairs...of course, ours are held in the summer time so no cool breezes ;-)
kim-I lived in seattle for a short while and it was then I realized how much I am affected by sunlight. Until then, I took it for granted but believe, now I realize how important it is!
muse-so glad you liked them!
jacki-I love farmer's markets. :-)
Brandi, you are too sweet! Thank you for linking to my post. That day felt a bit like magic to me too. I love those little aha moments--especially when they touch other people as well.
And ohhh yes, Kind over Matter is just fabulous. I recently had a giveaway there too. Enjoy it!
Three words. Paradise Valley, Montana. I grew up there. Prettiest place I know.
