...for all the times I catch keely YET AGAIN trying to get through the make shift baracade I have in front of the fireplace to eat cold charcoals (really?). The looks she gives like what??? is hysterical.
...for the way the sunrise looks each morning on my way to work. It is always different.
...for well worn chuck taylors
...and ugly christmas socks
...and feeling rushed with all thes stuff left to do
...for the grumbly sigh donnelly gives when he's finally settled down for the night with his blanket (it's not a blankie!!)
...for nuzzles on the neck (both husband and dogs. I admit, I love doggie kisses...a whole lot)
...for watching rudolf on tv for the 900th time...even though watching it as an adult, I kinda think santa is portayed as a jackass.
...my acorn necklace. Oh so delicious!!!
...for all the normal, boring, ordinary, day to day things and people and moments that make my life pretty splendid...

Grateful for those who love me in spite of myself!
I am a definite dog lover (two goldens) and 7 grandkids so I am feeling very serene and grateful right now. Kind of the rest before the storm. : )

Today I'm grateful that I'm partially deaf in one ear -- my 17 year old has 4 of his friends over and they are playing Beatles rock band -- given their "singing" it's best that I can't hear very well!!! lol!!! ;)
