Okay, so I know Tolstoy's directive doesn't always feel that easy. There are plenty of times when I get that message from the universe and I'm all look universe, I'm busy being cranky over here....back OFF.
but I'll tell ya...I certainly can't help but smile when I see these pencils.

smiles to my face: kids blowing bubbles, snowflakes falling, kids in dress-up clothes twirling, street musicians, kites flying, coffee shops, volkswagon bugs, fireflies, fireworks, christmas trees...need i go on? i bet everyone could make a list a mile long! thanks for making me take a minute and think about this. it made me smile....
I LOVE hearts and smiley faces. Those are actually two of my favorite favorite things! I also happen to make and give away smiley pins through my blog, a work that makes me smile all day every day. :)
this time of year: icicle lights...i don't know what it is, but i can't help but get excited! we drove around our favorite neighborhood last night and i OD'd on the stuff...still smiling.
