Okay so this mission is all about the camera so I apologize to the non-photo people. Usually I try to make the camera work optional (though in my opinion, the camera work makes it more fun).
But I saw leonie do this once like forever ago and I've always wanted to do it. And I thought I'd share.
So your mission this week, should you choose to accept it, is to pick a color...any color. And then photograph all the things you see in that color through out the week. You will see things-little bits of beauty, humor and inspiration, that you have never noticed before.
For an added bonus, you can make a photo collage like the one I have above. It's really cool to see all the images intermingling and somehow, melding together. I made mine using big huge labs mosaic maker but there are other ways to create one. Photoshop. Picnik.
I think my color this week will be blue. Or maybe pink. Or orange. I'm excited already!
I would love to see what your camera sees in the mission monday flickr group. Happy hunting joy rebels!

can you tell blue is a fave colour in our house???
I loved this mission! I chose the color gold and took my camera with me to work in New York. During my walk to the office I photographed about a dozen gold things. I had no idea there were so many of that color! I've posted a collage of my favorites to the mission monday group on Flickr.
Thank you for the adventure! I think I'm going to repeat this periodically, choosing different colors each time, to see what else I notice that I hadn't seen before.
