Because we were without power for approximately 24 hours. That's what happen when we get 9 inches of snow-an event that hasn't happened in, seriously, over 100 years.
Seriously though, the snow was still fun as my CAD's (crazy ass dogs) are clearly demonstrating.
It was just a lot more fun once the heat turned back on and the house got warmer than 45 degrees.
Now, I'm off to treat a friend to lunch and find some sales.
Weekend plans anyone?

what did you do without power for a whole day? (other than freeze your butt off, of course) I heard that 49 out of the 50 states received snow on that day, but I'm way down in Miami with thunderstorm after thunderstorm. I feel like I missed the boat on the late winter magic!
snow
snow snow
all you need is snow
snow and puppies to frolic and have fun
Happy day o LOve sunshine!
may you know enough
and may that heart of yours continue to over flow with abundance...
I am so through with snow and winter even though we have barely even had any up here this year. I'm ready for 75 degrees and sunny!
Happy Valentine's Day to you Brandi! ♥
That photo is awesome! Dogs enjoying snow, what could be better?
Your dogs look like they had a blast in the snow! So happy your power is back on. We've had plenty of snow (two feet... twice this winter), but fortunately (knock on wood) no power outages.
Stay warm!
Okay, can I have your permission to copy your acronym CAD? That is hilarious and I think I would use it on a daily basis. Your dogs are adorable. A pit and a viszla? Just guessing from the photo. I am a huge pit fan! And, I have to say, I am very jealous of your snow!!!
