Dare I say spring has sprung here in tejas?
I had the best time wandering around my neighborhood snapping pictures. Whenever I have a bout of 'the grass is always greener syndrome', I just need to walk under the trees and past the riot of flowers to remember why I love this little community.
The sun was shining, the sky was blue and I had a delicious mid morning nap and an equally delicious mid afternoon apple with peanut butter.
And now I have three dogs curled up on various pieces of bedroom furniture and a bacon cheeseburger headed my way.
Now for more beauty:
*Have you marked your calendars for the launch of wish studio's new website? You can find all the details here. I hope you'll stop by!
*I love this video on bits and bobbins about Iris Apfel who is now added to my list of strong, creative, inspiring women.
*I recommended this movie to Mel and I love her review of it.
*Congrats to the beautiful Leonie on the birth of her daughter!

That COLOR! Holy cow. I'm so hoping for a lush spring here, after such a snow-soaked winter. Thanks for sending a little of your spring out into the 'net for us to enjoy. :)
Ain't it wonderful, that pink? We've been in bloom here for a while ... magnolias, cherry blossoms, camelias ... we gots them all ... Have a good week.
