mission monday:: looking for signs of spring

softly blooming

Oh, I love the seasons. For so many reasons. Not the least of which is the change between them.

And I don't know about you but I'm soooooooo ready for the transition from winter to spring.

The new buds...the way the blue of the sky changes more to turquoise...the smell of flowers on the breeze...the shades of pink and green and blue and purple.

*sigh*

I bet you are too.

So your mission this week is to look for signs of spring. Does just the idea bring a smile to your face and lighten your mood? It does for me...

Bonus mission-please share your finds in the mission monday flickr group so we can all smile.

Happy missioning joy rebels!

... signs of spring... hhmm yes... it does bring a smile to my face and lighten my mood... and then I remember I don't live in Texas anymore!

it might be a while before oHIo sees much color but I am eagerly anticipating it! In the meantime I will live vicariously through the other joy rebels images.

i can't find spring here... we are sliding into autumn (shhh don't tell me - i am in denial) and because most of our trees are evergreen it's just not the same... but i love spring so i can't wait to see photos

Sadly the only sign of spring we will see up here in the great white north is slush, at least for a few more weeks. I suppose a sign is a sign and the air does seem to have a bit of a different quality to it,it is a little more gentle.

I'm finally beginning to see the snow melt in tiny bits each day. I am definitely looking forward to some Spring cleaning :))

(jane...you can look for signs of fall...I mean...extended summer. Because fall isn't there yet. or anything)

Yesterday the sun was shining so brightly, and when I get up at 6:30 it is getting light out!! Those are signs, right?
I am SO ready for spring :)

Can I look for signs of autumn instead?...Here in Melbourne, its a smell, early in the morning and late at night. The cold feels different and autumn's coming!
