riding in cars

One photo out of focus is a mistake, ten photo out of focus are an experimentation, one hundred photo out of focus are a style. ~Author Unknown

I make an effort to shoot every day. And often, I find myself on the way home from work having not yet pointed my camera at something.

powerlines and early morning

So I started looking for photo opportunities while in my car.

And it made the drive more fun.

I think I'll keep it up...

Lovely pictures! I just discovered your site yesterday, and I'm very excited to read more. For me, being in the car at twilight is magical. I've loved it since I was a little girl... I remember streching out in the backseat and staring at the slowly changing sky. I would love to capture this feeling in a picture.

P.S.
Don't I have the PERFECT name to join the Rebellion?

Awesome shots Brandi! You really are gifted. Who would have thought light poles, power lines and an overpass could provide such beautiful pieces of art.

Very inspiring pix Brandi - very Zen "shoot where you are" type feel -- love them!
